I am not sure where I could even find a class like that here in Germany. I am working hard and continuing to to do what I have to do. I have completely modified my diet, and I did when we got here to Germany. There is A LOT of fresh produce and I have tried to cut out processed foods. Harvey shared your blog with me...I love this--but I can tell you that you won't see a huge difference for about 3-4 months and then for others not to notice for 6 months. You have to keep pushing yourself and do lots of different things..FOOD is a huge part of it. Just replacing little things will help the process that much more.
